Shipping & Returns Policies

At Uniform Palace Embroidery Shop, we're committed to providing our customers with a wonderful shopping experience where they can find high-quality, fashionable occupational uniforms, and accessories. We appreciate your interest in our products, and we're grateful for your business if you've already made a purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer exchanges or in-store credit on qualified items within 7 days of purchase.

If you need to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know about the issue. We'll work with you to determine the best course of action, whether that's exchanging the item for a different size or style, or issuing an in-store credit. Please note that certain items may be non-refundable or non-exchangeable, and that all returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Qualifications:

We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you need to make a return, please note that the merchandise must meet certain criteria to be eligible for an exchange or in-store credit.

To receive an exchange or full in-store credit, the merchandise must be current, undamaged (unless due to manufactoring defect or embroidery error), and in new or unused condition. Additionally, all tags, manufacturer's packaging, documentation, and any/all accessories must be included with the merchandise. Please note that applicable discounts, specials received, and restocking fees may apply.

Exceptions:

 The following items cannot be returned or exchanged and will not be accepted:

  • Items that have been worn, laundered, soiled, stained, damaged due to normal wear and tear or with any odors such as smoke, perfume, pets.

  • Clearance items or items marked “Final Sale”.

  • Items that have been embroidered.

  • Processed special orders are not returnable.

  • Expedited shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Return Process:

All returns must either be postmarked or returned in person to our retail store within 7 days of the purchase date.  To return an item by mail, please download the return form here. After completing the form, pack the item securely in a box, padded envelope, or other secure packaging and include your proof of purchase, return form, and mail your return the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning your item. We strongly suggest selecting a shipping method that includes tracking to ensure the safe delivery of your return. Please understand that Uniform Palace Embroidry Shop will not be held liable for any damage incurred during shipment, so we highly recommend obtaining insurance coverage. If you prefer to return an item in person, simply bring your item and receipt to our retail store during normal business hours, and we will process your return.

Store Credit & Exchange Policy

 In-store Credit or Exchanges Only

Please be aware that in-store credits will only be issued for online orders, and will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. We ask that you provide proof of purchase (receipt, packing slip, or reference number) for all returns or exchanges. Please keep in mind that some credit card companies may take up to one billing cycle to post refunds to your account. Additionally, please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

For our local customers, we offer a free Local Pickup option at our retail store. Simply choose this option during checkout, and we'll call you as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Be sure to provide us with your telephone number so we can reach you!

If you've placed a special order with us, please note that delivery times from the manufacturer typically range from 7-10 days. We'll call you as soon as your special order has been received and is ready for pickup.
